Why is Amazon selling my eBook at a higher price than I requested?

It probably isn’t.

If you are viewing your eBook listing on an Amazon website that is not your local Amazon site, for example, if you are viewing Amazon.com from the UK (which has its own Amazon store at Amazon.co.uk), you will probably not see the real list price.

This is because Amazon will add different taxes and delivery fees for selling eBooks outside the region a website is targeted at. So, an eBook may have a US$ list price of 6.99 and people in the US would see the price as $6.99, but if you viewed the same page from the UK, it will display a higher price.
